不同化学发光分析系统对乙型肝炎血清标志物检测的比较
A comparison of HBV seromarkers by two different chemiluminescence immunoassay systems

Abstract
Objective;To analyze the concordance and correlation of the detection results of HBsAg, anti-HBs and HBeAg,which were measured by Roche Cobas e601 and Abott Architect i2000,respectively. MethodS:The serum samples,including 119 for HBsAg detection, 140 for anti-HBs detection and 197 for HBeAg detection,were differently measured by these two chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) systems. Results;The concordance of qualitative results for HBsAg,anti-HBs and HBeAg were 99.1%,95.7% and 90.9% between these two CLIA systems,and the correlation coefficient of quantitative results were 0.566,0.863 and 0.964. But the anti-HBs concentration measured by Abott Architect i 2000 was significantly higher than that of Roche Cobas e 601 system. Conclusion Qualitative detection results of HBV markers in serum measured by these two systems have good concordance, but anti-HBs concentrations detected were significant different between these two systems.关键词
