Abstract
The objective of cultivating application-oriented legal talents poses higher demands for under- graduate practice teaching in law education. Under such circumstances, a comprehensive and systematic practical abilities training system must be established that integrates traditional classroom case teaching, moot court practical teaching quality as well as the assessment of teaching outcomes.关键词
