侧链含氟聚氨酯的表面相结构及其表面性能研究
Study on the Surface Morphology and Property of Poly (ε-caprolactone urethane)s with Fluorinated Side Chains

Abstract
N - (2-hydroxy - 1 - hydroxymethyl - 1 -methyl - ethyl) -2 - (2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8 -pentadecafluoro - octyloxy) - aeetamide (HPFOAD), a fluorinated alky 9ide-chain diol, was introduced to poly ( e-caprolaelone urethane)s as a chain extender, a series of fluorinated poly (E-caprolactone urethane)s (FPCLUs) was obtained, and their surface morphology and properties were investigated. ATR-FTIR results indicated that the fluorinated side chains attached on the hard block can promote the microphase separation on the surface of polyurethane. AFM images revealed that the surface topography of polyurethane obviously changed when fluorinated groups were introduced, and RMS values were decreased dramatically. Stationary H2O/CH2I2 contact angles and the calculated surface energy indicated that the fluorinated side chains tend to accumulate on the surface of materials and the - CF3 groups exposed to the outmost surface, resulting in the excellent surface properties of FPCLUs.关键词
