西北省域社会福利与经济增长差异的实证研究OA
Empirical Research on Difference Social Welfare and Economic Growth Among Northwest China
基于西北6省、自治区(内蒙古、陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏、新疆)2003～2009年的相关数据,应用耦合和聚类分析方法,对社会福利和经济增长水平以及二者的相互协调关系进行了实证分析.结果表明,各省区差异明显:内蒙古福利与增长水平居首,已实现二者的协调共进；陕西省增长水平较高,但福利水平偏低,阻碍了二者的良性耦合；甘肃省福利和增长水平最低,近年来未有根本性改善；青海省和宁夏增长水平过低,与其较高的福利水平不相协调；新疆福利与增长水平均呈波动下降趋势,二者耦合关系逐渐恶化.
Based on the related data of six provinces of northwest China from 2003 to 2009, the social welfare and economic growth levels as well as their relations were analyzed through coupling method and clustering analysis method. Results show that there exist obvious differences among six provinces.
