摘要
Abstract
To improve the efficiency and quality of ball mill ,by adjusting the speed of the ball mill based on the particles size changing real time adjusting, an automatic speed-control system of ball milling was designed based on particle image prosessing. The system can obtain the image of particles online by using high-speed camera. PC obtains the size of particle by the analysis of the image, then sends the speed command to the PLC according to the corresponding relationship between the ball speed and the particle size. PLC control the inverter to adjust the ball mill motor so as to make the ball run at a better speed , which is beneficial to raise the powder grinding efficiency and reduce the energy consumption of the ball mill.
