圆柱滚子柱面加工方法综述
Generalization of Cylindrical Surface Processing of Cylindrical Roller
摘要
Abstract
The cylindrical roller was an important part of rolling bearing. The processing quality of the cylindrical roller could impact the quality of rolling bearing. The traditonal processing methods were centerless grinding,centerless lapping and auperfinishing and so on. As the material updated,new type of processing methods such as magnetic liquid grinding arised. This article analysed and compared these processing methods and then pointed out that high efficiency, high precision and high applicability would be the technology development trend of roller processing.
