摘要

Abstract

A sand cultural experiment was conducted to study the growth and physiological characteristics changes of Eucalyptus urophyllaxE.grandis seedlings in different proportion of nutrient solutions. The results showed that the different proportion of nutrient solution significantly influenced the growth and physiological characteristics of Eucalyptus urophyllaxE.grandis seedlings, the height, diameter and total biomass of the seedlings in high-nitrogen were significantly higher than those of middle梟itrogen and low nitrogen, and the height and diameter growth in low-phosphorous was promoted significantly; The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of Eucalyptus urophyllaxE.graiulis seedlings was increased with the increasing level of nitrogen, while increased first and then decreased with the increasing level of phosphorous and potassium. As the change of time (April -June), the change trend of chlorophyll and soluble sugar content in the leaf was the opposite; High nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium could significantly increase the content of chlorophyll; Middle-nitrogen could significantly increase the soluble sugar content of the leaf. The analyses of the growth and physiological characteristics of Eucalyptus urophyllaxE. grandis seedlings indicated that Eucalyptus urophylla X E.grandis seedlings had good performance on the growth and physiological characteristics in the treatment of high-nitrogen, low-phosphorous and middle-potassium.
