摘要
Abstract
Active ingredients in Honey suckle were extracted by ultrasonic -aided ethanol method. The optimal processing conditions for the extraction were identified by using the software "Design Expert 7. 1. 3 Tril". Pretreatment time is 30. 9 min under aid of ultrasonic wave. Ethanol with volume fraction of 73. 7% was used as the solvent. Temperature was 68. 5 ℃. Extraction of two times was operated with each of 2. 1 h. Under the afore - said conditions, yield of chlorogenic acid achieves 88.39%. Comparing with positive material vitamin C,the efficacy of the extract was investigated and experimental results showed that the extract has a good in - vitro antioxidation capability. Bacteriostasis tests were carried out against colibacillus, Staphylococcus aureus and Aspergillus niger and the results showed that the Honey suckle extract has strong bacteriostatic and antiseptic capabilities.关键词
