摘要

Abstract

Reaction conditions for in vitro non - enzyme glycosylation (NEG) were studied via single factor analysis. Optimal conditions were found as follows: 1.7 g bovine serum albumin and 1.0 g glyoxal is to be added to 100 mL phosphate buffer in turn;and 0. 2 g sodium azide is to be added as preservative. The mixture is incubated at 37 ? for 72 h. Optimal conditions for fluorescence detection were as follows; excitation wavelength is 440 nm with 10 nm slit,emission wavelength is 480 nm with 10 nm slit,and detection range is from 460 to 600 nm. Twelve plant extracts were detected by NEG method in vitro. Tea polyphenols, Portulaca oleracea extract and Magnolia officinalis extract show stronger inhibiting efficacy (99. 5% , 99. 0% and 97. 6% ). Portulaca oleracea extract and Magnolia officinalis extract were selected for evaluation by LAB method in vivo and the results are consistent with that of NEG method in vitro.
