Abstract
To investigate the an lesions of the anterior clear, the clinical efficacy of autologous bone interbody fusion and internal fixation of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis. Methods From June 2006 to June 2009, 46 cases of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis patients treated, 46 cases of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis in patients with preoperative and postoperative clinical indicators and imaging data were analyzed. Results There were no intraoperative complications, and 1 patient after a wound sinus formation, the remaining patients the wound healed. Patients were followed up for 10 months- 5 years, an average of 27 months. Patients 1~2 weeks of symptoms relief and get out of bed to walk after 6-8 weeks of daily life basic self-care. 3 months after surgery and fusion rate of 50% , 95% of the 6 months, 9 months and up to 100%. The preoperative average Cobb angle was 34.5°, the average postoperative Cobb angle was 14. 8° (compared with the preoperative, P<0.05). To the last follow-up, no recurrence of tuberculosis cases, internal fixation without fracture. Conclusion Clear a lesion of the anterior thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis patients autologous bone interbody fusion, fixation of thoracolumbar and lumbar tuberculosis, can completely remove the lesion to prevent recurrence, but also the correction of kyphosis, the reconstruction of spinal stability. Early Recovery support function of the spine, and can obtain good bony fusion and good clinical effect.关键词
