104例轻度胃肠炎伴良性婴幼儿惊厥的临床及脑电图分析

摘要
Abstract
To study clinical and EEC characteristics of mild gastroenteritis with benign infant convulsions. Methods Collect 104 cases of children in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 diagnosis of this disease and analyze their clinical and EEG features retrospectively. Results Convulsions occurred at the emergence of the gastrointestinal symptoms within 2 days (a total of 85cases,accountingfor 81.7% ) ,14cases occurred after 3-5 days when gastrointestinal symptoms appear (13. 5% ) , 5 cases of gastrointestinal symptoms appear after seizure (4. 8% ); the convulsions manifestations generalized ton-ic-clonic seizures, only 4 cases showed partial seizures secondarily generalized seizures; The number of seizures in the course of the disease is 1 -6 times; the average number of episodes is 2.46 times; 72 cases within 24 hours of continuous attacks and 14 cases within 48 hours of continuous attack in the 86 cases seizures of more than once; dissemination throughout the year, autumn and winter season incidence was significantly increased, especially from September to December; incidence is relatively low in April to August. 62 cases to do the video EEG monitoring, 25 cases EEG shows small sharp spikes, accounting for 40.3% , while in 1628 children cases (0-3 years) video EEG monitoring over the same period in our hospital , 206 cases EEG shows small sharp spikes, accounting for 12.6% , both with significant differences. Conclusion The convulsions in this disease are most cluster-like episodes,the seizures occurred mostly within 48hours after the gastrointestinal symptoms appear;Manifestations of seizures mostly generalize dtonic- clonicseizures, and a few as part of the attack whole body generalization; the number of attacks ranging from in one course of the disease; Most children cases convulsions recrudescent possibility is small; more EEG of cases shows small sharp spikes.关键词
