摘要
Abstract
To observe the effect of eradicating helicobacter pylori( Hp) with bismuth-based quadruple therapy on treating peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 138 patients with peptic ulcer and Hp infection were allocated to two groups. The treatment group ( n = 70 ) received colloidal bismuth pectin 200mg bid, pantoprazole 40mg bid, amoxicilhin 1. 0g bid and clarithro-mycin 500mg bid for 7 days; the control group received pantoprazole 40mg bid , amoxicillin 1.0 g bid and clarithromycin SOOmg bid for 7 days. Following the treatment, 14C urea breath test was performed to observe the Hp eradication rate. Results The eradication rate of bismuth-based quadruple therapy was 87. 14% ,and that of control group was 73. 53%. The difference between two groups was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared to the standard triple therapy regimen, the bismuth-containing quadruple therapy regimen has higher eradication rate.关键词
