摘要
Abstract
To investigate the therapeutic effect of Flpentixol combined with Melitracen (Deanxit) on patients of functional dyspepsia(FD) with anxiety and depression symptoms. Methods 148 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups of 74 cases. The control group received conventional therapy, and the treatment group received Flpentixol and Melitracen(Deanxit) each one pill in morning and noon, in addition to conventional therapy. The course of treatment is 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy was determined based on changes in symptoms before and after treatment, depends on the HA-MA and HAMD score. Results There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion has Flpentixol combined with melitracen is therapeutically effective in treating functional dyspepsia associated with anxiety and depression symptoms.关键词
