摘要
Abstract
To investigate the outcome and reproductive performance after two kinds of laparoscopy for tubal pregnancy ,and to analyze the influential factors of the productive outcome . Methods A retrospective study was carried out to compare the operating outcome, the rate of pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy in laparoscopic salpingectomy group (groupA, 74cases) and laparoscopic salpingectomy group (groupB, 31 cases) intreatment of tubal pregnancy of obstetrics and gynecology lo-gisticre gresaion analysis was used to detect the effect subsequent reproductive outcome of influential factors such as pelvic adhesion results. Results More bleeding and longer operative time were needed in salpingectomy group than salpingectomy group , both were significantly different. (P < 0. O5) ;the rate of pregnancy in group A and group B was 45% and 34% , respectively, nosignifi can't difference( P > 0.05); in the single factor analysis, the reproductive outcome in group A was signify can't yassociated to pelvic adhesion and patency of the tralateraioviduct (P < 0.05). Conclusion The rate of pregnancy of laparoscopic salpingectomy higher than paroscopicsal pingectmy. Each of pelvic adhesion and the patency of the contral ateral oviduct is a factor that affects the post operative fertility conservation operation is not recommended for those patients with extensive pelvic adhesion or seriously destroyed tube but normal contra later tube关键词
