摘要
Abstract
Explore posterior lumbar fusion between vertebra (posterior lumbar interbody fusion, PLIF) and pedicle fixation treatment of lumbar olisthe clinical curative effect. Methods Review I branch in April 2005 to August 2007 in PLIF add pedicle internal fixation for lumbar olisthe 21 cases of disease, observe clinical curative effect, fusion rate, slippage reset rate, complications, etc. Results 21 cases of follow-up, and follow-up time June-24 months, mean 16 months, was 95. 5% , the surge reset rate of about 93.8% , fusion rate reached 97. 5% , 2 cases nerve root force, after 3 months all returned to normal. Conclusion PILF add pedicle fixation is the treatment of lumbar olisthe disease effective operation method.关键词
