阿托伐他汀对原发性高血压患者脉搏波传导速度的观察
Observation of atorvastatin in patients with essential hypertension pulse wave velocity
摘要
Abstract
View the effect of atorvastatin in patients with essential hypertension pulse wave velocity (PWV). Methods Selected 64 patients with essential hypertension to determine the basis of PWV, were randomly divided into group and atorvastatin group and routine group selected irbesartan and nifedipine, atorvastatin group were given anti hypertensive drug based on the use of atorvastatin 10mg, a day treatment for 6 months, repeated measurement PWV. Results Good blood pressure control groups, atorvastatin group systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, PWV was lower than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin in addition to lowering blood lipids, but also with blood pressure and reduce the role of PWV in patients with essential hypertension.关键词
