摘要
Abstract
To investigate the clinical impact on outcome of provisional exclusion of pylorus and duodenal di-verticulariznrion therapy. Methods A case-control study of 24 cases of duodenal injury in patients from 2001 to 2010. Results 22 case were cured (92% ). Conclusion The provisional exclusion of pylorus technique has the advantages which are simple, minimally invasive,fewer complications,does not change the physical structure of the gastrointestinal tract,and has no influence for long-term life quality in patients.关键词
