摘要
Abstract
To explore the optimal methods of early diagnosis and management of iatrogenic ureteric injuries so as to improve the success rate of surgery and to reduce the occurrence of complications. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 22 patients iatrogenic ureteric injuries over the recent 10 years(1999-2009). The methods for management were reviewed and the outcome assessed. Results Of the 16 early patients, underwent primary repair of the injuries; 6 patients presenting late had primary repair of the injuries in 1 -5months. Follow-up ranged from 1 to 4 years in 22 patients. Hydronephrosis were relieved in 20 cases of them. Conclusion For iatrogenic ureteral injury patients, if the condition permitting, primary repair can achieve good therapeutic effects whether early or late.关键词
