摘要
Abstract
Explore the efficacy and safety of recombinant interleukin 2 treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups, Subcutaneous injection of recombinant interleukin-2 treatment groups 100,000 U/ d, Control group oral acyclovir 1600mg sustained-release tablets, 3 times daily. Two sets of courses of up to 10 days. Results Recombinant interleukin-2 in only blisters, pain, the scab time were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Herpes zoster treated with recombinant interleukin-2 has small side-effects, work faster, can effectively shorten the course, reduce the incidence of PHN.关键词
