Abstract
To investigate the clinical effect for psychological nursing intervention on 89 cases of patients with depression. Methods The data for depressed patients in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were chosen as the research object. The related results were taken for a comparative analysis. Results ① In the effect of the treatment; the rate of efficiency in the treatment group was (94. 38% ), significantly higher than the control group (86. 52% ), and P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant;②In HAMD scores; the HAMD scores of 4 weeks after treatment and HAMD scores of 8 weeks after treatment were compared P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant;③In the medication compliance; the medication compliance in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. Compared between the two groups, P <0.05 ,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The psychological care intervention has great significance and role in alleviating the symptoms of depression and improving efficacy.关键词
