人性化护理模式在新生儿肺炎护理中的综合效果研究

Abstract
To investigate the comprehensive effect for humane care model in the care of neonatal pneumonia. Methods 108 cases into the hospital's neonatal pneumonia from March 2011 to November 2011 according to methods divided into the control group with 54 cases and the observation group of 54 patients. The control group was received routine care, and the observation group was taken with humane care model for the care. Both the two groups were taken with conventional treatment. The improving situation for the two groups was taken for close observation. Results The recovery time and body temperature after the relapse rate and overall efficiency compared, the temperature recovery time for the control group was (3. 54 ± 0.3) days, the recurrence rate was 20.3 %. The temperature recovery time for the observation group was (2.43 ± 0.4) days, and the recurrence rate was 9.6%. There was a significant difference, P<0.05. The improving situations around the chest for the two groups before and after care were compared, the total effective rate of the control group was 61.1% , and the total effective rate of the observation group was 81. 5% , there was a significant effect than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion The care of humane care model for the neonatal pneumonia, can improve the efficacy of newborn pneumonia significantly.关键词
