摘要
Abstract
To study the relationship between the time and method of pregnancy termination and the pregnancy outcome. Methods 304 pregnant women suffered from severe preeclampsia were enrolled for study. The outcome of mothers and new borns including the rates of neonatal asphyxia, perinatal mortality were observed. Results There was no maternal death. The cesarean section rate was 79. 6%. Neonatal asphyxia rate was 11.8% , The perinatal mortality rate was 8.9%. Conclusion In severe preeclampsia, pregnancy should be terminated in time, pregnancy terminated is one oi the most important treatment meth-ods,and cesarean section is the first choice关键词
