摘要
Abstract
To study the changes of hemorheology and platelet of patients with COPD. Methods Hemorheo-loical index in 47 patients with COPD and 44 person in control group were examined by SA-6000 type auto-hemorheological examin instrument. Blood platelt was measured by Beckman. Results Differential change of hemorheology index in the patients with COPD have occurred, blood viscosity and serum viscosity were increased. Hemorheoloical index of COPD group compared with control group significant defference (P <0. 05) . Platelet were lower by concual group(P <0. 05) . Conclusion Hemorheoloical index has marked change in the Patients with COPD. The microcirculation distubance and changes of platelet have important role in pathophysiology of COPD.关键词
