Abstract
To examine the effect of Glimepiride/Insulin Detemir combination treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods Selected 60 cases of type 2 diabetes, were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group, Glimepiride/Insulin Detemir combination therapy ( n - 30) ; control group, Glimepiride/Metformin combination therapy ( n - 30) . The treatment group Glimepiride oral before breakfast and insulin detemir before bedtime subcutaneous injection, the control group Glimepiride oral before breakfast and after dinner, Metformin oral, adjust the dose according to blood glucose monitoring. After 12 weeks, two groups of glycated hemoglobin, fasting glucose, 2-hour postprandial, blood glucose, incidence of low blood sugar, BMI, and gastrointestinal reactions. Results Glimepiride/Insulin Detemir combination treatment of type 2 diabetes, not only make the blood glucose control, and do not gain weight, there is no gastrointestinal side effects and little risk of hypoglycemia, patients with good compliance, is an ideal choice for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Conclusion Two groups of treatment for type 2 diabetes all can effectively reduce blood sugar, of which HbAlc, FBG and 2h PBG was not statistically significant, P>0.05.关键词
