摘要
Abstract
By fiberoptic bronchoscopy of bronchoalveolar lavage in critically ill patients and their therapeutic value in the application. Methods Our hospital in January 2007 June 2011 fiberoptic bronchoscope bronchoalveolar lavage 128 cases and 112 cases of normal irrigation, lavage of patients were compared before and after arterial blood gas analysis and invasive mechanical ventilation, ICU stay time and time systemic use of antibiotics. Results Bronchoscopy lavage group of patients with bpO2 lavage group improved significantly more than ordinary; invasive mechanical ventilation and ICU stay and antibiotic use was significantly shorter time. Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage in critically ill patients to lung infections obvious effect is worthy of promotion.关键词
