摘要
Abstract
To elucidate the clinical factors and the clinical significance of the TCD and CT check in the prognosis of cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) treated surgically. Methods The clinical and follow updata of 27 patients with CAAH were reviewed. We cut the patiants into the good outcome and the bad outcome. Their clinical data were examined and subjected to logistic regression analysis. Results In two group with TCD and CT detection are compared, with statistical significance. Conclusion In 65 years of age or older see; the bleeding site in the brain, the most common top pillow, and has multiple foci, easy to relapse characteristics. TCD and CT detection on severity and prognosis with clinical significance.关键词
