摘要
Abstract
To study the efficacy of mild hypothermia on traumatic brain injury. Methods 178 cases of acute traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into hypothermia and control groups. All patients were treated with routine methods. The patients in the hypothermia group received mild hypothermia treatment, and the controls didn' t. The clinical data was collected and analyzed by chis-square test or unconditioned logistic regression in SPSS 17.0 software (P=0.05). Results The prognosis of hypothermia group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0. 05) , and logistic regression stated mild hypothermia might be a protecting factor(P < 0. 05) in the therapy of traumatic brain injury. Conclusion The mild hypothermia could better the prognosis of patients with traumatic brain injury, and should be widely taken advantaged.关键词
