摘要
Abstract
To compare the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery versus open surgery for tubal pregnancy. Methods A total of 80 cases of tubal pregnancy, laparoscopic surgery, 40 cases, 40 cases of laparotomy, the surgical results were compared. Results Compared with the laparotomy group, the laparoscopic group had shorter operative time,blood loss, postoperative recovery flatus,shorter hospital stay ,P <0. 01 or P <0. 05 and after laparoscopic group one cases appear complications. The tubal completely patency rate of the laparoscopic group was 77. 5% (31/40) , fertility requirements of 38 cases, 1 year pregnancy rate of 81. 6% (31/38) , was significantly higher(P <0. 05) . Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy and laparotomy compared to the obvious advantages, has the advantage of shorter operative time, less bleeding, shorter hospital stay, fewer com-plications,it is worth the promotion and appication关键词
