摘要
Abstract
To discuss existing problems and coping strategies of nosocomial infection management of central sterile supply department at primary hospitals. Methods Centralized sterile supply department was established in 2010 on the basis of ws310.1-2009 regulations of central sterile supply department.It was also integrated into health care quality control to
achieve consummate management efficacy.All the medical instruments,appliances and items that need disinfection or strilization were recycled by central sterile supply department for later sterilization and distribution. Rules and regulations were optimized and full participation in scientific management was encouraged. ResultS Consummate management system, optimized regulations and strict execution of operation procedures play an important role in Nosocomial infection prevention and control. Conclusion Nosocomial infection control has been enhanced in central sterile supply department. With, disinfection and sterilization acceptance rate reaching 100% , health care safety is ensured.
