摘要
Abstract
To learn the influence of synthetic nursing on treatment compliance and the impact of anxiety of pemphigus vulgaris patients. Methods 50 patients were divided into two groups randomly. The interventional group accepted synthetic nursing including mental intervention, cognitive intervention, behavior guidance and established a good support system, while control group accepted common nursing. The impact of anxiety were assessed with SAS pre-and post-treatment. Results The two groups before intervention of anxiety in patients with no significant difference ( P > 0. 05 ) , after intervention treatment compliance is obviously improved, and their anxiety was significantly lower than that of control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Active comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the patients with pemphigus vulgaris treatment compliance, alleviate the psychological anxiety,contributing to the disease recovery关键词
