超声评价调神通络针法对颈动脉结构的短期影响
Estimating theShort-term Effect by Ultrasound on Regulating Carotid Structure with “Tiaoshen Tongluo” Acupuncture Therapy
摘要
Abstract
Objective: Evaluating "Tiaoshen Tongluo" acupuncture therapy to regulate carotid atherosclerosis by the change of carotid artery structure. Methods: Acute ischemic stroke (anterior circulation infarction) hypoechoic carotid plaques were divided into "Tiaoshen Tongluo" acupuncture group and the control group, were both treated for 28days, taking sclerosis and related indicators before and after treatment as the subjective, of statistical analysis. Results: (1) "Tiaoshen Tongluo" acupuncture group could significantly improve the signs and symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction, could promotes the restoration of neurological deficits and sick level ( P<0. 05). (2 ) " Tiaoshen Tongluo" acupuncture does not improve indicators of carotid atherosclerosis in short-term. (P>0.05).关键词
