薄氏腹针联合天麻素注射液治疗急性眩晕疗效观察

Abstract
Objective; To observe the clinical effect of acute vertigo with Bo's abdominal acupuncture combined gastrodin Injection. Methods: 120patients were randomly divided into group A, B and C, 40patients in each group. The patients of group A were treated by Bo's abdominal acupuncture combined gastrodin injection and betahisn'ne hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection; Croup B were treated by gastrodin injection and betahistine hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection; Group C were treated only by hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection. Time groups were all treated once a day, and were evaluated after 3 days. Results; In group A, 25cases were cured, 13cases were effective, 2cases were ineffective, total effective rate was 95.0% ; In group B, 16cases were cured, 12cases were effective, 12cases were ineffective, total effective rate 70.0% ; In group C, Scases were cured, Scases were effective, 24cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 40.0%. The three groups were significantly differences (P<0. 05) by statistical analysis. Conclusion: Abdominal acupuncture combined with gastrodin injection of sodium chloride hydrochloride betahistine has obvious effect to treat acute vertigo.关键词
