Abstract
The optimization of fan plays an important role in energy saving and emission reduction of our industrial and mining enterprises. Based on the theory of aerodynamic performance calculation, in view of inadequate suction and poor efficiency of multistage centrifugal blower, the paper carries out aerodynamic optimization design. In the conditions of limiting the cost and volume of the fan, through the analysis of the structure and aerodynamic performance of the single stage, the paper analyzes the impact loss of impeller, equivalent conical angle, pre-rotation, resonance frequency and other factors. The aerodynamic re-count result shows that the pressure increases by 15. 3% when a blade is added to the impeller and the return-channel and the return-channel size is changed.关键词
