Analysis of High - and Stable - Yielding Ability of Seven New Wheat Varieties (Lines)

Abstract
Using the high stability coefficient ( HSC ) , variation coefficient and stability parameters, the high - and stable - yielding ability of seven new wheat varieties (lines) of the high - fertility regional test group in 2004 ~2005 in Shandong Province was evaluated. The results showed that Yan 2415 was a high -and stable - yielding variety with good adaptation, which had the highest average yield, yield increasing points, adaptation degree and high stability coefficient, and also the smallest geographic variation and variation coefficient. The conclusion derived from the three methods was basically identical. HSC is a simple and effective method for evaluating crop' s high - and stable - yielding ability.关键词
