一个水稻串联锌指蛋白OsDOS基因的表达模式分析
Expression Patterns of One Tandem Zinc Finger Protein Gene OsDOS in Rice

Abstract
One plant -unique TZF (tandem zinc finger) gene, OsDOS, regulated by phyB was identified by comparing the gene profiles between wild type ( WT) and phytochrome B mutant (phyB) of rice. The bioinformation characteristics of OsDOS protein and promoter region of OsDOS were analyzed, as well as its expression patterns. The results showed that OsDOS gene expressed higher in phyB mutant than in WT, suggesting that phyB - mediated light signal repressed the expression of OsDOS. Organ specificity of its expression revealed that OsDOS gene expressed relatively higher in leaves, and then in germinating embryos. Moreover, the expression level of OsDOS was reduced by NaCl, PEG and ABA. Thus, it was speculated that the effect of NaCl and PEG on OsDOS gene expression might be regulated through the ABA pathway in rice.
