大别山区信阳特产的地理标志与非物质文化遗产保护
Geographical Indication and Intangible Cultural Heritage of Xinyang Specialty Resources in the Dabie Mountain Area
摘要
Abstract
Xinyang City is located in north of the Dabie Mountain Area, including five national poor counties. There are a lot of intangible cultural heritage and geographical indications of the traditional specialty in the city, possessing 2 kinds of state geographical indication products belonging to intangible cultural heritage, 3 state geographical indication trademarks, 2 state geographical indications of agricultural products, 2 state intangible cultural heritages and 10 provincial intangible cultural heritages. In this article, the protection status of intangible cultural heritage and intellectual property of geographical indications of specialty resources was introduced, and the developing countermeasures were discussed in declaration of geographical indication, utilization of specific indications, brand cultivation, state quality standards, industrial and agricultural cultural heritage, intangible cultural heritage, productive protection of demonstration base, dual protection, tourism development and poverty alleviation, etc.关键词
