Morphological and Molecular Identification of 10 Beauveria bassiana Strains
摘要
Abstract
In this study, the colony morphology, spore structure and spore shape and size of 10 Beauveria strains were observed and measured, and they were initially identified as Beauveria bassiana. At the same time, their ribosomal DNA - ITS were sequenced and compared with that of Beauveria bassiana in NCBI database. The results showed the homology was 99.10% -99.64%. Eventually these 10 strains were identified as Beauveria bassiana.关键词
