Effects of Lining gel combined propofol in painless abortion
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of applying Lining gel and propofol in painless abortion. Methods Six hundred pregnant woman undergoing abortion were divided into 2 groups randomly, the observed group was given Lining gel cervix surface anesthesia and propofol intravenous anesthesia, the control group was given propofol intravenous anesthesia only. The degree of cervical relaxation, sleep status, groan or lower abdomenal pain, operative time, anesthetic dosage, amount of bleeding were observed. Results The degree of cervical relaxationin in observed group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the pain incidence and operative time, amount of bleeding was significantly lower than those in the control group, P<0.01 or 0.05. Conclusions Lining gel combined propofol in painless abortion has good analgesic effect and security.关键词
