Abstract
Objective To observe and evaluate the effects of epidermal growth factor on the nuclear translocation of CacyBP / SIP in colon cancer cells transfected by the over expressed lentivirus vector of CacyBP / SIP. Methods Lentivi-ral recombinant plasmid containing CacyBP / SIP was constructed and transfected into SW480 colon cancer cells, then the localization and expression changes of CacyBP / SIP protein in the cytoplasm and nuclei were observed, before and after the stimulation of 100 ng / mL epidermal growth factor with laser confocal microscopy and Western blot analysis. Results CacyBP / SIP were mainly localized and expressed in the cytoplasm before the stimulation of epidermal growth factor, and mainly localized and expressed in the cytoplasm and nucleus after the stimulation of epidermal growth factor of 1 h. Conclusion The stimulation of epidermal growth factor to the colon cancer cells transfected by over expressed lentivirus vector of CacyBP / SIP can cause the translocation of CacyBP / SIP from cytoplasm to the nucleus.关键词
