摘要
Abstract
The accelerated degradation model was established and the accelerated degradation test was designed to estimate model parameters under the stochastic stress in this paper. The expressions of mean and variance of reliability which were constraints and design objective of robust design optimization model were devised using mathematics approximation method. The computational example of some chamber showed that the method could make the system design reach the requirement of the reliability and was robustness, which was valuable in engineering.关键词
