摘要

Abstract

In accordance with the germetric properties of the basic section of gravity dam, a holistic simulation and element-subdivision are firstly made on gravity dam with a set of initial conditions predetermined by programming with ANSYS Parametric Design LanguagerAPDL) and then the mechanical properties of all the stager are obtained. Thereafter, the zero-order optimization method of the ANSYS is applied to the optimized design of the section of gravity dam, so as to make its cross-sectional area to be minimum under the premise to meet the constraint conditions of both the stress and the stability against sliding, and therefore, to realize the economics and feasibility of the design. Finally, a satisfied result is obtained through a case of gravity dam design.
