摘要
Abstract
Integrate with the business requirement of hydrological telemetry information management, the article discusses and analyses how to develop WebGIS based on OpenScales open source GIS platform. The article briefly introduces the functional characteristics, performance model and the construct of development environment. And it elaborates on some key technical characteristics which are integrates and development method of the software, electronic map displaying, rainfall isoline (area) and heat maps analysis, expanding the interface of OpenScales function interface. It is expected that new ideas and choice can software on open source GIS platform. be offered when developing water conservancy application software on open source GIS platform.关键词
