可吸收腰椎间融合器的生物力学研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a new Lumbar Absorbable Design Fusion Cage made of absorbable material Poly-DL-lactic Acid ( PDLLA) and put it into animal to observe its biomechanical changes. Method The LADFC was implanted into intervertebral disc and were tested by axial compressive testing and torsional testing at 12w, 24w and 36w. Result At 12w, vertebral bodies implanted with LADFC were stronger than Control Group (P0.05 ) in compressive testing ; at 24w the stiffness of Experimental Group was decreased significantly (P<0.05 ) , while Control Group increased not significantly >.P>0.05 ) but were still stronger than Control Group (P<0.05 ) ; at 36w the stiffness of Experimental Group was decreased not significantly (P>0.05 ) and were similar with Control Group (P>0.05 ) . At 12w, vertebral bodies implanted with LADFC were stronger than Control Group (P<0.01) in torsional testing; at 24w the stiffness ofExperimentalGroupwasdecreasedsigrnificantly(P<0.01 ), while Control Group increased not significantly (F>0.05 ) butofExperimenlalGroupwerestillstrongerthanControlGroup(P<0.01 ) ; at 36w the softness of Experimental Group was decreased not sigmificantly (P>0.05 ) and were similar with Control Group (P>0.05 ) . Conclusion In the process of fusion, the mechanical strength of LADFC made of PDLLA gradually declined, however the lumbar fusion cage mnintains the mechanical strength before it fuses with the bone firmly. Thus the process ensures the realization of the fusion of bone graft, at the same time, lumbar fusion cage is degraded and absorbed finally and there is no stress to affect the growth of bone which was certain positive meaning.关键词
