摘要
Abstract
Objective To report the procedure and treatment outcome in patients with degloved skin injury of lower limb. Methods 1 patient was treated with replantation of full-thickness skin graft in situ plus vacuum sealing drainage (VSD). Results The survival rate of replantation with skin graft in situ was 98% with satisfactory restoration of injured limb color, appearance and function, the sensation was recovered fine. Conclusion It is a safe and effective procedure that the treatment of a large area of degloved skin injury by replantation with full thickness skin in situ plus vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD ), being widely applied.关键词
