摘要

Abstract

The study was carried out to immobilize porcine pancreatic lipase(PPL) on nano-silver mesoporous activated carbon(Ag-MAC). MAC was prepared from rice husk by a two stage process and nano-silver was absorbed on the surface. PPL was then immobilized on Ag-MAC and conditions were optimized. Results showed that under the conditions of the silver nitrate concentration of 0. 01 mol/L, immobilization time of 6 h, reactive phosphate solution of pH 6.0, reaction temperature 25 ℃, the lipase activity increased by 3.2 times. Meanwhile, N2 adsorption-desorption( BET) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) were used to analyze experimental results, and confirm the effects of Ag-MAC in experiments of lipase immobilization.
