摘要

Abstract

Specific primers were designed to amplify CP genes of Garlic virus A, Garlic virus B, Garlic virus C, Garlic virus D, Garlic virus E and Garlic virus X China isolates, their multiple alignment and phylogenetic analysis were made. The results indicated that CP genes of Garlic virus A, Garlic virus B , Garlic virus C, Garlic virus D , Garlic virus E and Garlic virus X consists of 756, 735, 780, 753, 759 and 732 nucleotide acids respectively. Multiple alignment shows that GarVC and GarVD shared the lowest amino acids identities (57.69% ) and GarVB and GarVX shared the highest amino acids identities (74. 71% ) among six CP genes. Phylogenetic analysis shows that GarV - A, GarV - E and GarV - D has closer relationship among them, GarV - B and GarV - X has closer relationship with each other and GarV - C has remoter relationship with other five CP genes. These results would shed light on predetermination of serology relationship among six kinds of Allexivirus virus and predetermination of the interference among them by ELISA analysis.
