Abstract
DNA barcoding in the study of the taxonomy of plants and animals is very hot in recent years. There are more technology research in foreign countries, however many of the domestic research has not reached the international level. There are relatively diverse plant and animal species in China,but those are also large regional differences. How can you classify these species with quickly and accurately, That is one of many plant and animal scientists have been studying the problem. To the DNA barcodes of status and his research in animal science and the application and the existence of controversial, we should have a better understanding of DNA barcode.关键词
