摘要

Abstract

Rolling circle amplification (RCA) is a new molecular biology detection method. Not only will this directly to the highly specific detection of nucleic acids, but also by linear or exponential amplification for the signal cascade, with its sensitivity up to one copy of the nucleic acids molecules. Thus, it can be used in detection of rare molecular. At present, RCA is mainly used in fields of whole genome DNA detection, sequencing, single nucleo-tide polymorphism, DNA microarray and protein microarray analysis etc.
