Abstract
It introduced the applied state of scientific research achievements of nursing staff in abroad and at home,and analyzed the influencing factors of ap-plication of scientific research achievements of nursing staff, and pointed out that a systematic multi -intervention strategy should be made according to spe-cific circumstances, so as to promote the application of scientific research a-chievements in nursing practice.关键词
