Abstract
Objective To establish a quality standard for Baidianfeng condensed pills. Methods The thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to identify Astragaloside Ⅳ,Tanshinone Ⅱ A,Chinese angelica,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,and Ligusticum wallichii. The high performance layer chromatography (HPLC) was used to detect the contents of psoralen and isopsoralen in Baidianfeng condensed pills. Results The TLC spots were fairly clear and distinguishable for Astragaloside Ⅳ, Tanshinone Ⅱ A, Chinese angelica, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligusticum wallichii. The linear relationship was good for psoralen and isopsoralen in the range of 0.067 2-0.268 8 μg and 0.063 6 -0.254 4 μg,respectively. The average recovery was 96.13% with RSD of 0.5%. Conclusion The methods are simple and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Baidianfeng condensed pills.关键词
